What you will do:

• Partner with leadership to set strategy, forecast performance, and develop key reports.
• Translate complex financial analysis into simple, impactful messages for senior leadership.
• Implement KPIs to track progress and drive decisions.
• Continuously improve and automate decision-making processes.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure company-wide optimization, not just isolated solutions.
• Work as part of a close-knit finance team where contributions are a team sport, driving shared goals and success.

About you:

• A master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience with financial tools such as SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred, with a solid understanding of production-related financial processes.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for decision-makers.
• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Analytical mindset and motivated by the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
